yeah I spent 1.5 hrs trying to pin down a cosmic signature. I must be really not understanding something vital because try as I might I got nothing. eventually with 6 or 7 probes out and moving and shrinking them, you just say to yourself, F this.

patch for manual: go to www.eveonline.COm, go to the EVE Download tab. Go to EVE CLient. Click on Tranquillity (Live). STart downloading! wait hours! have it fail at 98% complete. Repeat. Forever.
